Itinerary:

1pm-2pm: Technique Class: Balance and Turns Explore your center through multiple balance exercises.

Then, apply what you’ve learned in a fun mambo turn sequence.

2pm-2:30pm: 30 Mambo Jam Session

I personally like to refer to this class as ‘Mambo Cognition.’

It’s a unique format of learning footwork combinations which allows you to get out of your thinking brain, and into feeling the movements in your body.

We’ll dance for 30 minutes straight to music and learn footwork sequences along the way without pausing to break things down.

Get ready to sweat and move!

2:30-4:00pm: Live Musicality: Son Montuno with Natasha Tia, David Castaneda and Josh Gorden
